Course Information

Courses are generally organised in more densely populated locations, such as along main roads, or in major cities and towns.

If you would rather wait for a course to be held nearer your home, please use the 'contact us' form to tell us where you would like a course held, and on what day of the week.

When we have a suitable course available, that best fits your needs, we will contact you and you can log back into the website and book and pay for the course.

Please note, we will attempt to book courses in all areas across Wales, but sometimes location and date requests will only be possible if numbers allow. Accreditation cannot be awarded until you have successfully completed a One Day Landlord Accreditation Wales Development Session.

If you would rather us organise a course in your own premises, please use the 'contact us' form. We would need to be told the number of staff who would be attending, and a selection of potential dates when you would want the training. If this is then feasible, we can provide you with the training as a total day cost, leaving you to arrange the venue and refreshments.

Alternatively if you cannot find a course in a suitable location, use the form to tell us where you would like a course to be held, and on what day of the week. When we have a suitable course available, that best fits your needs, we will contact you and you can log back into the website and book and pay for delegates to attend the course.

Please note, we will attempt to book courses in all areas across Wales, but sometimes location and date requests will only be possible if numbers allow. Accreditation cannot be awarded until two thirds of your staff involved in the rental business have successfully completed a One Day Landlord Accreditation Wales Development Session.
